The breakfast here is great and has a lot of choices, which is awesome. the rooms are super clean with a really nice bathroom and a big comfy bed. You also get to use the club lounge 😊.

Thank you for an excellent stay. It's a pleasant and functional hotel. The family room is functional and has a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The atmosphere of the venue is family. All in all they offer exceptional service. It has mesmerizing views and nice pools;)))

Top-class & stocked unit with great bed.

This place is conveniently located near the center of town, close to the Shrine where the Hakata Gion festival takes place, and there's a charming traditional restaurant nearby for a taste of local cuisine.

Great choice for trip. Luxurious hotel, new-fashioned rooms, excellent view of Japanese garden. Location just next door to the Canal city shopping center with nice shops and restaurants, the centre, and the 2 main shopping areas, Tenjin and Hakata.

Beds were not comfortable.

Efficient stuff, the rooms are new-fashioned and fashionable. A bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

This place had a cool vibe, was spacious, and had a top-notch coffee maker brewing hot cups ☕.

The accommodations are well-kept and have everything you need, plus the staff provides excellent service.
